About the work:
Slip is a portrait of memory loss. Forgetting significant moments or experiences has always been a fear of mine, as I am sure it is with many others. I think the scariest part about losing a memory is that you cannot feel or see it happening- but once it’s gone, it’s gone. Through slip, I am looking to deconstruct and make tangible the invisible process of losing a memory.

“Slip” was premiered in February 2018 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
